    Clashed at the LAC in Tawang Sector: India-China

    On December 9, Indian and Chinese troops engaged in combat along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in the Tawang area of Arunachal Pradesh, according to a statement from the Indian Army. According to the Army, the encounter resulted in “minimal casualties” for both Chinese and Indian personnel.

    In the incident, six Indian soldiers suffered injuries. They were flown to the 151 Base Hospital in Basistha, Guwahati, for medical assistance.
